Our client is one of London's most respected and prestigious firms and they seek a lawyer with 3-5 years post qualification experience in Corporate M&A and Corporate Finance to join their impressive and busy Corporate Group. You will be offered work with this varied, high end and cross border practice. The team specialises in Corporate M&A, Corporate Finance, Public takeovers, Private acquisitions and disposals, Equity capital markets, Demergers and reorganisations, Joint ventures and Corporate advisory.

You will work on sophisticated matters that will challenge and provide a broad base upon which to build and develop your career whilst be a part of this cohesive and supportive group. Associates are offered as much responsibility as they can handle whilst being closely mentored and offered professional education.
