Probate Manager

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Probate Executive to join an organisation based in central Bristol.

Our client is a probate specialist working on behalf of a Trust. They deal with a high volume of probates of all values and complexity.

This is an interesting role that will involve taking ownership and responsibility for more complex or specialist tasks including but not limited to AGR report sign off, Regularly review AGR pending cases, MSG stam, Land registry (Portal etc), Transfer property documents, Complete IHT 205 & 400 Nil, Completion of Legal Tasks such as Stat Dec, Trust work, Drafting Oaths, Reseals and ancillary service, HMRC Post, Income tax form completion, Swearing oaths, Insolvent estates, AGR/AVT Debtor chasing.
