The successful residential conveyancer will be managing a busy caseload with secretarial support including freehold, leasehold, unregistered, shared ownership, new build properties, sale by way of probate and Power of Attorney, Right to Buy and transfer of equity.

Salary dependent on experience, likely to be up to £35,000 plus bonus.

Recent testimonial: I would highly recommend Thornton Legal and Joe Rees to anybody looking for a new position within the legal arena. I had been looking for 'the right move' for several months and Joe has facilitated that for me. His support for me as a candidate was outstanding, ensuring I had the best information at my fingertips in preparation for my interview and then afterwards ensuring that I was offered the contract which met my requirements. Thus creating a win-win situation for both employer and candidate, which can only be good for a successful long term working relationship.
