Business Development Manager - 12 month contract

Maternity cover 12 month BD/Marketing Manager role; non-pitch heavy role with international remit aligned to employment, pensions & incentives in prestigious global law firm.  The business development function boasts a number of long-standing members and a great culture. 

In this Business Development Manager role you will be aligned to the firm’s employment, pensions and incentives practice on a global level. This practice group has been increasing up its marketing and business development activities and so this is an exciting time to be joining a team that is hungry for marketing.  You will be responsible for developing and implementing targeting initiatives for the three groups. You will feed into global panel bids although this is not a bids heavy role. You will also analyse which clients should be part of the group’s key clients, put in place key client plans and play a client facing role around client reviews as well as encouraging cross-selling. You will also advise around how to promote to market new product development initiatives. You will have support both in London and overseas.

You will have a proven track record in marketing and business development with a major professional services firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Business Development Executive with broad marketing and business development experience to take the step up into a more senior role or a Manager looking for more responsibility or a more international role.
