Description

The role of Property Paralegal will involve you working on various property portfolios for a range of SME businesses who specialise in property development work. You will have full client contact from the offset and will be responsible for your own caseload of matters that you will manage from initial instruction and you will be tasked with providing pragmatic and timely legal advice and assistance to your clients. You will receive support and training from Senior Lawyers within the firm.

Profile

Applicants must have some form of paralegal experience and have strong academics (2:1 minimum) and be living in Warwickshire. The LPC is not essential but would be advantageous.

This Property Paralegal role is going to be suited to an individual who can deal with a fast paced caseload so applicants who have dealt with high volume caseloads in particular would likely possess the necessary organisational skills required to excel in this role.
