Solicitor / Fee Earner - Serious Injury
Liverpool
Salary - up to £35,000
My Client is one of the largest firms in the UK with locations across England, Scotland and Wales. With a reputation that has been built over the past 90 years and across multiple disciplines of law this gives them a strong footing in the market place.
The role
The successful candidate will be responsible to the Borderline/Tech Team and will be dealing with mixed caseload of High Value Fast Track/borderline Multi-Track and Multi-Track cases
Duties will involve but not limited to:
- Manage own case load
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Action post in accordance with SLA's
- Assess and secure the correct funding for the client
- Secure relevant medical reports and review
- Obtain the clients Schedule of Loss and any evidence required to support a claim
- Adherence to the Company's telephone policy
- Adherence to the Company's Data Protection policy
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately record data. Excellent organisation skills is essential as well as communication skills both written and oral, experience of dealing with Higher Value claims is desirable for this role
