Senior Plot Sales Fee Earner

An excellent position has opened up in the Residential Property department at a leading national law firm based in Birmingham. As a senior fee earner, your focus will be turned toward the Plot Sales team, assisting in the day to day management of the team, handling your own complex caseload of plot sales matters, and leading the way in developing and building new working relationships with clients.

You will ideally have a minimum of 5 experience and have a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of residential development work, from post-site acquisition, through to development setup and plot sales completion. You will be analytical, and be mindful to consider the technical issues which may arise with development setups, including conveyancing and estate plans.

As a key member of the Plot Sales team, you will be assisting the Head of Department with the management of the team, liaising regularly with house builder clients and working on a varied caseload which includes infrastructure agreements, plot sale and part exchange transactions, and deeds of easements and variations etc. You will also be fundamental in the development of junior fee earners.
