Our client is the world's leading international tobacco company, with a diverse workforce of over 80,000 people that hail from every corner of the globe.
The business, although a multinational leader in the traditional tobacco industry, is at the forefront of innovation and technology in its latest product launch. As such, increasing demands have been placed on the legal function and, in turn, they are now looking to recruit a legal analyst to join their team in supporting the Senior Legal Counsel.
This is a role that would see you working across a broad range of legal matters and exposure to new and interesting technologies and the legal processes that come with that.
Key tasks include:
- Assisting with NDAs
- Reviewing lower level contracts
- Reviewing annual returns
- Amending company structure charts
- Assisting the Trademark Attorney to maintain their TM portfolio
