Exceptional City firm seeks a Learning and Development manager for a 14 month contract to join a team with a focus on high quality technical and skills training. The role would suit a lawyer who trained and qualified with a high calibre firm who can offer experience in developing and delivering training.

THE ROLE

Duties to include managing technical and skills training for associates and trainees; assisting with the strategic review of training and implement changes; manage training related project-based matters and deliver some skills training according to experience and interest.

THE CANDIDATE

You should have experience as a lawyer gained with a similar City firm, combined with experience of delivering / managing training. Our client is looking for a proactive and solutions-focused personality with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
