A finance lawyer / PSL with significant experience is sought for a 1 year part time contract with this international law firm to give professional support to a market leading team.
THE ROLE
This is a full service PSL role including current awareness, training, drafting client facing know-how materials and supporting business development initiatives. A key aspect of the role will be preparing and maintaining the group's standard documents and supporting drafting materials. The role would also involve working closely with the wider KM team.
ABOUT YOU
This role requires significant and in depth finance law experience (likely to be 7pqe+) gained with a leading international firm. Although previous PSL experience is not essential, you should be ablet to demonstrate an active involvement in KM initiatives whilst a fee earner. In addition to strong technical and drafting skills, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and be self motivated.
