Real Estate Litigation Paralegal

The successful property litigation paralegal will be providing support for Landlord clients, managing commercial lease renewals, dealing with debt claims, statutory notices, initiating claims for disrepair to leasehold premises and documenting settlement agreements.

Candidates will have previous experience in carrying out legal title due diligence, drafting and servicing notices, corresponding with opponents solicitors and managing the court process for lease renewals proceedings. Strong property litigation experience is essential for this role and paralegals or legal executives are welcome to apply.

Ideally candidates will be able to work efficiently and well under pressure, possess strong written and verbal communication skills along with a clear understanding of commercial landlord and tenant issues.
