The Role: Residential Conveyancer

Salary: £23,000 - £31,000 DOE

Our client, a UK Top 20 conveyancing firm based in the seaside town of Southport, is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their thriving property department on fixed term contract basis. The role would suit a Residential Conveyancer who is able and willing to play a valuable part in contributing to the high quality, client focused service that the firm strives to provide.

This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to efficiently manage a caseload and take on a supervisory role. The caseload will include but not be restricted to: freehold and leasehold transactions including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties, Deeds of Trusts, sales and purchases and lease extensions.

Due to the nature of this Residential Conveyancer role, the successful candidate must have gained experience proactively managing a caseload in a fast pace environment and will have the ability to adhere to timescales and deadlines. Applications for this role will be considered from qualified solicitors, licensed conveyancers, legal executives or equivalent who have gained at least 3-5 years' experience dealing with a wide range of domestic property transactions in a fast paced environment.

Ideally the successful Residential Conveyancer will be either immediately available or have a short notice period.
