A well established multi-disciplinary Law Practice based in Greater Manchester require an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.

The Role

  • The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Solicitor and Equity Partner in the department;
  • You will handle a full range of Commercial Property matters to include Freehold or leasehold transactions, Industrial premises, Building contracts and negotiations, Landlord and tenant disputes and Compulsory purchases;
  • If suitable, you would also assist with corporate work on behalf of our commercial clients, which are largely specialist engineering/manufacturing businesses or care homes.

Suitable Candidates

  • This opportunity would suit an experienced solicitor with a broad range of experience in Commercial Property matters.
  • You will have excellent Client Care skills and a clear appreciation of commerciality.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
  • Benefits include: death in service scheme, contributory pension scheme and discretionary annual bonus scheme.
