CORPORATE SOLICITOR - A fantastic opportunity within a highly regarded corporate team with a leading Corporate firm.
We have an outstanding opportunity for a Solicitor with experience in Corporate matters to join a dedicated Real Estate Finance team in a quality Legal 500 Firm. The role would be open to applicants with experience levels from recently qualified up to mid level.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in general Corporate work, Acquisitions, Disposals, Finance and Real Estate / Commercial Property.
For more junior candidates, a seat in Banking and Finance, Commercial Property or Corporate matters would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, ambitious and well organized with the confidence to run a busy and varied case load. This role also offers great prospects of future advancement.
