An opportunity has now arisen for an ambitious solicitor to join the very busy commercial litigation team.
THE ROLE
You will be running a mixed caseload of general commercial litigation work, including contracts, professional negligence, regulatory and civil fraud. This role is suitable for a 2 – 5 years’ qualified solicitor with a good level of commercial litigation experience gained with a well-regarded, preferably Legal 500, firm. THE CANDIDATE
You will have:
An excellent academic background and relevant experience in a well-regarded firm;
2 – 5 years’ PQE with solid experience in commercial contracts;
A flexible approach to working hours, understanding that client deadlines are paramount;
Excellent technical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in plain, concise English.
Additionally, you will:-
Be comfortable running your own caseload of routine files with minimal supervision;
Be ambitious, looking to take on increasingly complex matters;
Have excellent IT skills.
