Legal Counsel - Temp to Perm

An immediate position has arisen for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join an industry leading organisation on an initial temp contract with a view to perm. This organisation oversees project based work across the EMEA region offering a varied range of responsibilities across a number of jurisdictions. The role is based in Sutton which is easily accessible from South London.

Reporting to the General Counsel you will be responsible for:

- drafting a range commercial contracts including JV, subcontract, supply chain and procurement agreements

- identifying and advising on legal risks

- managing mior disputes

- advising on IP, compliance and real estate matters

- working extensively with internal senior stakeholders

To be considered for this role you will be a qualified lawyer, 4 years + PQE as a guide. Preferably you will have training in a reputable private practice firm coupled with similar in-house experience as a Commercial Lawyer. In addition you will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team based environment.
