Immediate need has arisen for a c2 year PQE commercial lawyer to join a busy team on an initial 6 month temp contract working for a consultancy in the Portsmouth/Southampton area. This role is paying £250/day (Ltd Company) working in a team of 5.
You will be responsible for:
- drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements
- providing legal advice to the wider business
- advising on regulatory, IP and data privacy matters
To be considered you will be a qualified lawyer with previous experience either in-house or in a reputable private practice firm in a similar role focused on commercial contracts. You will have strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment.
