Residential Property Solicitor

A multi office firm in Kent are in need of a Residential Property Lawyer on a locum basis. The role is to start immediately and is likely to last for two to three months. Dealing with a high volume caseload, the successful candidate needs to be able to handle a caseload of upwards of 80 open files at varying stages of the conveyancing process. There will be support available in the form of a strong case management system and paralegal support. The caseload will involve dealing with: - Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals - Transfers of equity - Mortgages and re-mortgages - Lease renewals and extensions If you have previous experience of carrying a high caseload in the areas mentioned above and can hit the ground running without the need for supervision, then please apply with your CV in the first instance.
