There is an opportunity to join an expanding company and commercial team within this busy and growing division. The right candidate will have at least 6 months experience in company and commercial work dealing with for example: commercial agreements, partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, company formations, company restorations, company secretarial duties and also mergers, acquisitions and disposals.

This list is only a guidance, any experience in these areas would be of interest. The firm is a good size firm with 22 solicitors and strong regional coverage. Within this busy company and commercial department they aim to nurture talent and offer the progression opportunities to ensure maximum success and advancement.
