Our client is a progressive, full-service practice providing expert legal services to both commercial and individual clients. They have highly experienced lawyers in all fields who are committed to providing exceptional standards of customer service through regular communication and efficient, cost-effective solutions to their clients’ legal issues. Currently undergoing a sustained period of growth, they are now looking to add to their team.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and commercially aware Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor to join our clients’ well-regarded, specialist team in the capital. Becoming part of a growing department, the successful Solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload of Conveyancing and Real Estate transactions to include high value matters for a broad range of clients based in the City and nationwide. Additional involvement in business development, building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and external professionals forms an essential part of the role.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE gained within a reputable Property department.
You must have broad-ranging expertise, encompassing all aspects of Residential and Commercial Property transactions.
First class client care skills are essential for the position.
You will have excellent technical and organisational skills with the ability to manage a demanding caseload with minimal supervision.
You will have an aptitude for business development.
You will be a confident and pro-active team player.
