Your work will focus on IT, IP, Licensing and commercial contracts , arising from the work that they do on a daily basis. You will advise, draft and negotiate commercial contracts such as outsourcing agreements, a range of customer and supplier agreements, technology, IP licensing and strategic partnership agreements.
We are looking for a Qualified Lawyer with between 0-4PQE, who has trained with a well respected City firm. As well as having excellent academics, you will have experience of negotiating IP/IT and commercial contracts . Those individuals with experience of corporate transactions in addition , would be of particular interest.
You will be joining an international organisation which offers excellent career development. You will work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, which will give you great visibility within the organisation.
