Salary: £21,000 - £23,000

A UK top ranked conveyancing firm based in sunny Southport has built a reputation for providing a high quality legal service to individuals across the North West. Due to their continuing success the firm is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic property team on a fixed term contract basis. The role would suit an experienced Residential Conveyancer who is highly organised and a team player.

The role will enable the successful Residential Conveyancer to manage a busy caseload of transactions which will include but not be restricted to: freehold and landlord transactions, sales and purchases and some complex matters.

Applications for this role will be considered from qualified solicitors, licenced conveyancers, legal executives or equivalent who have gained at least 2 years' experience dealing with a wide variety of property matters. Ideally the successful Residential Conveyancer will have gained experience working in a fast paced, client focused environment and will be able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.

Ideally the Residential Conveyancer will be either immediately available or have a short notice period.
