3-month Legal Counsel Role - Commercial Contracts

Working within a high-quality wider legal team you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and advising on a variety of commercial legal matters relating to this large commercial real estate services firm.

The ideal candidate will have trained at a well-known law firm, be experienced in commercial matters, and ideally have had some in-house exposure. Candidates with experience in corporate outsourcing, M&A or complex real estate or financial transactions will be viewed favourably.

This represents an exciting opportunity to work as legal counsel with a market-leading business on an initial 3-month basis but with potential scope to be extended. The successful candidate will sit within the in-house legal function at the company's offices in Central London.
