Contentious Trusts & Probate - East Sussex
An experienced contentious trusts and probate locum is sought after by a Legal 500 rated firm in East Sussex. The firm is looking for this candidate to come in and provide cover whilst they recruit for a contentious trusts and probate solicitor on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be expected to be experienced in all aspects of contentious trust and probate work, and be able to hit the ground running once commencing the assignment.
It goes without saying that if the client was happy with the performance of the locum solicitor, that a permanent offer may be made if it was suitable for all parties - so there is a chance the role could go temp to perm.
