This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitors of various levels to include NQ, Associate Solicitor (5-10year PQE) and beyond with a wealth of experience advising developers and/or landowners in relation to option and promotion agreements as well as the sale of land for development. • Significant technical expertise in advising developers/landowners
