Our client, a highly regarded specialist law firm with 40+ fee earners and several offices within the UK. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to head up a new Private Client department based in St Albans.

The firm have been experiencing consistently strong growth levels that have been generated through strong relationships within its core areas (family) and is now in a position to leverage these relationships with a Private client services that will include: powers of attorney and deputyship applications, probate and estate administration, wills and trusts: preparing wills to meet client's needs, drafting trust provisions within wills including lifetime trusts and discretionary trusts, advising on tax implications of wills and trusts etc.

The successful candidate will be diligent, friendly and approachable with significant experience covering a range of private client matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual who will relish the opportunity to join a firm where you can develop your own team and have clear career development, progression and direct influence on the future of the department and firm.
