My client are a very well established Somerset and Dorset full service firm. They are ranked in the Top 200 UK Law firms and have a number of lawyers ranked in Chambers as well as the Legal 500.
They are looking to recruit an experienced and competent Residential Conveyancer / Property Lawyer to head up the property team in a great part of South Somerset.
The ideal candidate will have good fee earning skills to include sales & purchases of local and high net worth property and refinancing. You should also have some supervisory experience or have a natural ability as a leader.
Excellent starting package to include a salary in the late 50s depending on skills and experience.
