Legal PA

A Legal PA is required to join a top 100 Commercial Law Firm based in their Birmingham City Centre Office. Excellent Company to work for. Salary up to £26,000.

The Legal PA role will be working in a team of Personal Assistants supporting a number of Fee Earners. The role will be assisting 5 or 6 Fee Earners within their Dispute Resolution and Employment department. As a PA you will work with 4 other Legal PA as well as the fee earners within their Dispute Resolution and Employment Departments . The Legal PA role will focus on coordinating workflow, diary management, meeting arrangements, travel arrangements, expenses, filling, taking calls, urgent document production, billing, and supporting fee earners with any PA duties as required.

Requirements:

Strong Legal PA or Legal Secretary Experience in Employment and Dispute Resolution
Experience supporting a minimum 5 or 6 people which include Fee Earners, Solicitors or Partners
Excellent IT and typing skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
An organised team player
Proactive and strong work ethic
Can work well in a busy and demanding work environment
