A professional services company based in Berkshire is seeking a Paralegal to join their in-house legal team for 6-12 months with view to stay on a permanent basis.
Our client is looking for a hard working, friendly person who is keen to learn.
The role will responsible for reviewing and drafting a range of contracts, specifically with a financial focus.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a law degree. You will have a good understanding of commercial contracts and at least one year's experience of working in a commercial focused role.
The company is based in a central location with great transport links.
