Due to recent expansion and an influx of high value work, a position has become available for a experienced Residential Property Paralegal/Fee Earner to join a award-winning law firm. Due to their strong presence in the East Midlands and their constant growth based on successful client service, a position has presented itself at their Spalding office.
My client is seeking an experienced Residential Property case handler who has the ability to handle their own caseload of Residential Property/Conveyancing files from inception through to completion.
The successful candidate will have at least 6 months experience dealing with a variety of Residential Property/Conveyancing files, including freehold/leasehold, sales/purchases. Candidates with a minimum of 6 months' experience dealing with Residential Property/Conveyancing transactions will have a significant advantage when applying for this role. You will have experience working towards and achieving targets and have the ability to work independently although there is always guidance from senior members available.
