Our client, a leading US law firm, is currently seeking an experienced Banking & Finance Lawyer to join them on an interim basis to assist during a busy time.

You will be assisting on high level cross-border project finance matters as well as leveraged acquisitions and asset finance matters.

A successful candidate will have upwards of 3 PQE* and will have trained at a leading city or US firm.
