COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER
A leading law firm is looking to expand its Exeter based Real Estate practice with the hire of an impressive Commercial Property Lawyer. This is an excellent opportunity to gain solid experience and further establish your career within Commercial Property with a genuine chance of progression in a firm with offices across the UK.
Your role will cover a broad range of commercial property matters including disposals and redevelopment, commercial leases, freehold and leasehold acquisitions, and other development work and property related financial matters.
The ideal candidate for this Commercial Property Lawyer role, you will have excellent academics, and experience within real estate from a leading firm. Ideally you will be between 1 - 4 years' PQE, although consideration will be given to exceptional candidates from other levels.
