Senior Legal Counsel - R&D Life Sciences
Do you have a background in the pharmaceutical industry? Are you capable of ushering a businesses new products and ideas through the legal processes of R&D and clinical trials?
This position will be responsible for the legal support of the R&D activity of a well known and respected global Pharmaceutical business. Working across an international scope this position will be the go to resource for internal stakeholders on all R&D related issues especially pre-clinical and clinical trials. Ensuring company compliance with legal policies, laws and regulations. Managing all relevant legal work in particular review, drafting, and negotiating agreements in the field of R&D and clinical trials.
Beneficial Experience...
- 10+PQE
- Irish or UK qualified solicitor
- Solid experience in clinical trials in pharma and healthcare industries
- Drafting and negotiation of international contracts
- Management experience
- Maturity in dealing with senior stakeholders
Dublin Based (but with the potential to work out of UK offices).
