Junior Legal Counsel

An international software and services company with operations across the US, Europe and Asia is looking for a junior German legal counsel to join their global team.

This opportunity will involve providing contracts support and negotiation across the business, in particular within the German market. Key responsibilities will involve the negotiating and reviewing of software licences and contracts including MSA's and SOW's. Candidates will also be expected to provide support on commercial matters, creating and revising contract templates and work closely with senior members of the global legal team.

Candidates will ideally have a background in commercial contracts management with experince in the IT sector. A knowledge of German is necessary and experience in negotiating German commercial contracts is a prerequisite.
