Currently undergoing a period of growth, they are now seeking a Corporate / Commercial specialist to add to their team.
The Role
We are now seeking a talented and ambitious Corporate / Commercial Solicitor to join our clients’ flourishing practice in the Blackburn area. As a senior Solicitor, the successful candidate will handle a full and varied caseload encompassing all aspects of non-contentious Corporate and Commercial work for a range of clients from SMEs to large corporations. Matters may include: business start-ups; shareholder and partnership agreements; drafting and negotiating commercial contracts; joint ventures; company restructuring; private equity matters and; mergers and acquisitions.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with around 5 – 8 years’ PQE gained within a reputable Corporate and Commercial department.
You must have excellent technical skills with a broad range of expertise.
A client following to bring to the practice and/or strong local contacts would be highly advantageous.
You will have a flair for business development.
You will be commercially aware with first class client care skills.
