This is a great opportunity for a residential development paralegal to join an expanding team. Within this role you will assist skilled lawyers in the land acquisition team in conducting legal due diligence along with running some smaller individual matters giving you the opportunity to build your experience. You will also deal with registration and post-completion formalities.
As a residential development paralegal in a top tier law firm you will be exposed to high quality work and clients. You must have some technical knowledge and experience of working in a similar and property based role. You must have completed the LPC as this role allows for training contract opportunities based on merit. You must also have experience of analysing and investigating title.
