Probate Fee Earner 1-3 PQE+

Unusual Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive Job working with high net worth individuals in central Bristol.

Your new company
With offices in 6 UK locations, you will be joining a full service commercial firm in their Bristol office. This innovative practice is heavily sector focussed and is involved in advisory, dispute and transactional work across these sectors.

Your new role
You will be joining the Private Practice Group within the Private Client Team which covers wills, probate, trust and personal tax planning. Importantly, the team acts for UK banks that require help with the usual wills, trust and estate administration issues. Predominantly, you will be undertaking probate work for existing clients of the firm or working on estates where banks are executors for wealthy individuals. However, your remit could extend to a wider range of private client matters in addition to handling estates for institutional banking clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You will gained a solid grounding in all matters relating to probate and be capable of handling complex estates as well as being comfortable with completing the relevant tax returns. Ideally, you are accustomed to communicating with institutional clients and it would be particularly beneficial if you have been exposed to issues relating to business and agricultural property relief and luxury assets but this is not an exhaustive list.
