Senior Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) -

An outstanding high level opportunity for a Solicitor with a solid background in Private Client matters to join this very well regarded multi-office Home Counties law firm with offices in Oxfordshire and Berkshire.

This is a senior and discreet appointment and applications for this position will be treated in the utmost confidence. The position has the potential to develop rapidly, with a view to head the Private Client department with further progression possible for the right candidate.

You should be a qualified Solicitor, with experience in a full range of Private Client matters such as Trusts, Wills, Probate, Taxation, IHT, Elderly Client, Court of Protection and Estate Management, gained at a respected firm. This is a senior position, which will require some team leading or management experience. STEP qualification or working towards such would be an advantage here but is not essential.
