Our client were established in 2008 by a management team with many years’ experience in the Legal/Finance industries. Since 2008 the firm has grown by over 400% and now employs 23 people in total and provides a high quality streamlined legal service to lender clients and has proven expertise in delivering transactional services and advice to lenders, brokers and intermediaries.
They have particular experience in establishing teams to complete due diligence for transactions on behalf of finance companies and banks for the following financial products:
- Commercial mortgages (secured over all types
of commercial property and developments) - Mortgages over agricultural land
- Residential mortgages
- Buy to let mortgages
- Bridging finance
- Secured consumer credit
- Regulated and non-regulated mortgages
The firm enjoys a superb culture and relaxed atmosphere and rewards lawyers well. They now wish to recruit another three lawyers that will have had previous experience in the sale, purchase and leasehold, (including the purchase and granting of leases, assignments, variations, rent reviews, and lease disputes of all types of commercial property (including development land, rural property, retail properties, hotels, restaurants, bars and clubs, office blocks, industrial land, research facilities, and leisure properties. Candidates from newly qualified upwards will be considered.
