Senior Commercial Property vacancy - mid-sized Bristol practice

Just in, and an exclusive instruction just with us at the moment, our client is a fantastic mid-sized Bristol practice who are looking for another experienced addition in to their successful Real Estate team.

You will ideally already have a number of years Commercial Property experience in your career and perhaps you are in a good role at the moment but may be struggling to see any further career progression or may feel your ideas and your enthusiasm to help shape your team aren't being listened to or taken seriously.. well, this is potentially the sort of new position and opportunity you have been looking for. There is a strong platform in place as the team has a wide range of clients and lots of consistent, profitable work coming in, and they are generally-speaking a very well known and established presence in the Bristol market, situated here right in the centre of Bristol in fantastic offices.

Day to day the team's work includes commercial and residential development, agricultural law matters, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and sales, new leases and lease renewals, variations, assignments and surrenders, landlord and tenant issues, pension fund investments and secured borrowing matters, all for a range of clients, both high profile and large scale to much smaller and local, many of whom have used the firm for generations.

This is an interesting role and opportunity.. a chance to be a successful, well regarded senior level Commercial Property lawyer here in the heart of the Bristol market but working sensible hours for a genuine work/life balance as well as having a genuine say within the firm to help push the firm onwards and upwards.
