Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ Yrs. PQE)

My client is a leading full service commercial law firm with Legal 500/ Chambers recognition. They have a rare opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor at their modern, Reading offices.

My client has a reputation for being innovative, practical, commercial and strategic, able to draw on expertise from our associated companies to help deliver solutions for our clients in the UK and internationally. The ideal candidate is likely to have around 2 years+ PQE gained with a leading property practice.

Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware. The firm is known for providing practical holistic commercial solutions. The candidate will ideally have sound experience of working across all areas of property law, including landlord and tenant, portfolio management and some knowledge of development work. They will be a team player with a client focussed approach and able to demonstrate a willingness to be involved in business development activities. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication/ organisational skills.
