Multi-office firm experiencing a period of growth, seeking a Paralegal for their Conveyancing department in Guildford.
A multi-office practice, located within easy reach of excellent transport links, our client delivers high quality, practical advice to individuals and businesses both locally and further afield. Staffed by dedicated fee earners and support staff, who all share in the firm’s core values of putting clients first and working as one team to find the best practical solutions to each individual’s problems, they enjoy continued success. The Role
We are now seeking a talented Conveyancing Paralegal to join our clients’ flourishing practice in Guildford. Working closely with senior fee earners, the successful Paralegal will manage a full and varied workload involving all aspects of the conveyancing process. This position is offered initially on a temporary basis for six months, with the potential for extension for the right Paralegal.

The Candidate
You must be a Paralegal with at least 12 months’ solid experience gained within a reputable Residential Property department.
You must have excellent technical and organisational skills.
You will be IT literate.
You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels.
You will be able to hit the ground running with a demanding workload, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
