We have the pleasure of working with an industry-leading Top 30 law firm, which is seeking an experienced Commercial / Intellectual Property Solicitor to join its team in Manchester.  

The position is offering a competitive remuneration package with generous benefits. This includes 25 days’ holiday, and the ability to buy and sell five holidays as required, as well as your birthday off too. You are also entitled to BUPA cover, a health cash plan, and many different salary sacrifice arrangements, including car, mobile phone, and life assurance. The client is also able to offer a generous pension scheme of up to 4%.

About the role

As a Commercial / Intellectual Property Solicitor you will currently be working within an established leading practice.

You will be joining and specialist team who provide advice on a wide range of commercial agreements from trading agreements, outsourcing and other trading contracts and specialist projects.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive, detailed and solution-focused legal advice to clients and colleagues on matters including commercial agreements, trading terms, outsourcing, supply change management including agency, distribution and franchising agreements, joint ventures, partnerships and LLPs, ICT, updating legal research on supporting topics to the team and corporate transactional support, working closely with Corporate team clients and colleagues.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of sectors in relation to a broad range of non-contentious commercial contracts. In addition, you will be offered early opportunity to assist in developing the business and services offered by the team.

Salary is depending on experience, along with a generous benefits package. This is a full-time, permanent position.
