Wills and Probate Senior Solicitor

I am currently recruiting for a Wills and Probate Senior Solicitor/ Partner to join a national well regarded firm in their team in either Leeds or Sheffield.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a highly established and innovative Contentious Trusts and Probate department and to work alongside leading solicitors and experts. As a senior member of the team, you will play a vital role in the growth and leadership of the team. You will be involved in complex cases, working as part of a team to maximise client damages and optimise costs recover.

As a Wills and Probate Senior Solicitor, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Solicitors, Paralegals and Litigation Assistants, to deliver an exceptional client experience, develop their technical expertise and meet agreed performance targets. You will also be responsible for developing external relationships with to provide an exceptional client experience and generate new cases.

To be successful in this role you must;
- Have a number of years Contentious Trusts and Probate Litigation experience.
- Have a strong appetite for business development, able to build successful relationships with referrers of work, members of the bar and the legal profession. Existing contacts in within the local area would be an advantage.
- Be a member of ACTAPS and/or STEP professional bodies
- Be able to supervise, coach, lead and develop a team of Solicitors, Paralegals and Litigation Assistants.
