Deputy Company Secretary

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a listed retail and commercial bank as their Deputy Company Secretary.

In joining the bank you will assist the General Counsel by taking the lead on developing and implementing policy and advising on governance. You will be given a great deal of autonomy and as such will have a genuine opportunity to shape the company secretarial function.

With the level of this role, you will also work very closely with the board, with the assistance of a further secretariat team member.

This is an exciting opportunity for indivudals looking for a step up to a role that will require gravitas and abitliy to work independently.

To be considered for this position individuals must have previous Main Market, listed company exposure. Experience at a retail bank is preffered but not required.
