THE FIRM: A niche property/property finance law firm which works closely with its clients.
THE ROLE:
A new opportunity has arisen for a confident commercial property lawyer to join this busy team who will be working on-site in house with a large financial institution.
The primary work will involve advising in respect of the origination of commercial loans secured over a wide range of commercial and residential investment property.
ABOUT YOU:
You will be a pro-active commercial property lawyer 2 years+ pqe with good experience of a broad range of commercial property matters, ideally including lending. You should have solid transactional work and have experience of loan origination work. You will need to be able to work on your own with minimal supervision.
This is an exciting role where you will be working with a collegial and friendly team.
