HR Adviser

Excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR Assistant to move up to the next level of HR Adviser.  Our client, a law firm based in the heart of the City, is looking for an HR Adviser to join their team.  The role is generalist and broad in scope, reporting to the HR Business Partner and supported by an HR Assistant, you will be involved in Employee Relations, absence management including maternity and paternity leave, flexible working requests, acting as first point of contact for HR queries including benefits offered by the firm, HR reporting, conducting exit interviews and inductions for all new joiners, producing HR letters and documentation advising on promotions and HR related matters to employees, HR projects, managing the yearly benefits renewals process and generally advising on all HR tasks as required.  

You will require at least 2-3 years' experience in a law firm at HR Assistant level and ideally be CIPD qualified or part-qualified.  Salary up to £40k.  Fantastic opportunity to progress your HR career to the next level.  Friendly team environment, beautiful offices and good prospects.
