A well regarded firm with offices in the Thames Valley and London.
THE ROLE
A commercial property lawyer with 2-4pqe is now sought to handle licences, sales and purchases of freeholds and leaseholds, grant and taking of leases, general management work and corporate support work.
This will be for a wide range of clients including small and medium sized businesses, large corporates and PLCs, charities, and public sector bodies including NHS organisations.
Some residential sales knowledge is needed.
ABOUT YOU
With an excellent academic record and strong drafting and analytical skills you will able to work flexibly 3 days in Berkshire / 2 days in London and following week 2 days in Berkshire / 3 days in London.
