Highly-regarded 30 Partner law firm, based in Midtown, is looking to take on a Paralegal (initially on a 6 month contract), within their IP/IT team.
Sitting within the firm’s thriving IP/IT practice, the successful candidate will assist the department in providing advice on a range of IP and IT issues.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting with contract reviews;
- Assisting with the preparation of evidence
- Drafting and preparing basic documentation and letters;
- Carrying out and analysing basic IP searches;
- Conducting research;
- Assisting with due diligence exercises;
- Bundling, pagination and indexing;
- Providing other administrative support as required by the Fee Earners within the team.
We are looking to hear from Paralegals (either pre or post LPC), who have gained at least 12 months’ experience within a busy Litigation practice, ideally with some prior exposure to document review exercises.
While previous experience of IP/IT work is not essential, strong communication skills are a must.
