Finance Lawyer - Real Estate Finance - NY Salary - Top US firm - NQ -1 pqe - London
Our client is a prestigious US firm seeking a junior Finance lawyer to specialise in Real Estate Finance transactions within their impressive Finance Group. You should have top tier academics and training, preferably with experience in at least some of the following *secured debt facilities * structured products * securitisation * loan portfolio sales * commercial real estate finance.
This is a small highly skilled team that offers a high degree of responsibility and client contact.The successful candidate will be offered exceptional work for an impressive client base as well as the opportunity to build on your own contacts and experiences. Secondments are a strong possibility. Compensation is at a competitive US rate and is offered along with a benefits package.
